clean room, exceptional staff support

Great location and efficient staff. Bed was uncomfortable and noisy from the hallway.

The hotel was in a very central location to everything within minutes.

We had a really really nice stay for the weekend.

Loved it. The restaurant here was excellent for dinner, we both ordered amazing dishes. The location was absolutely perfect and amazing yet it was a few steps away from downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot....  

The parking situation was a total mess. I had to circle the block multiple times just to find the entrance. Dragging my luggage from the garage felt like a workout, not to mention the noise keeping me up all night....

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city.

Location and staff were perfect, but most important - the hotel was fairly clean. Booked Hearing Impaired room with the Jacuzzi as well as 2 queen beds, which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this venue. ...  

Great location in Uptown Charlotte, close to Spectrum Center and Transportation Center. Plenty of dining options nearby. Helpful and efficient staff. Clean room with comfortable beds and ample amenities.

Front desk staff could be more welcoming. Some issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the room, such as non-working lights and loose shower faucet.

I enjoy the breakfast, the quiet room and the friendly staff.

Only problem is the sink is a little high for shorter people

Exceptional service from the valet set a positive tone right from the start. The front desk was equally impressive—efficient and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Location? Perfect for walking to nearby attractions. My wife raves about the chicken and waffles; a true culinary highlight. the noise was a significant drawback. Late-night disturbances from the club across the street disrupted our sleep. An urgent request for my glasses was met with a lack of urgency. A normal-sized toilet and the absence of complimentary breakfast are additional areas for improvement. The hotel has potential, but it needs to address these critical issues.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The street view at night was beautiful, with the nearby building's lighting adding charm. Temperature control was an issue; the water remained quite warm despite running it for a long time. The bed was comfortable, but the walls were thin, making noise from neighbors evident. The door didn't close securely, which raised safety concerns. I noticed some stains on the comforter, and the hairdryer handle was sticky. The ice machine was broken on our floor, requiring a trek to find another. while the location was convenient, the comfort was lacking.

Great bar and restaurant on first floor. Run by separate ownership. We had late bar meal and watched Warriors game. Friendly staff and VERY good fare. We needed easy location to 1) go to after Amtrak ride from DC and 2) convenient location for rental car pick up next day (just a three block walk to Enterprise). All worked beautifully!

Always a bit disappointed to see hallways need to be vacuumed and noticed that. But room was clean, commodious and staff was great!

Excellent and friendly staff. Impressive, reasonably sized room with a bathtub. A great selection of fabulous meal options. Central location with pubs and a stadium within walking distance. Walking distance to convention centers and banks.
