The location is a bustling hub, perfect for late-night adventures! My room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was almost as comfy as my own—almost!

But bless my soul, the street noise at 3 am could wake a sloth! I thought I booked a hotel, not a front-row seat to a race car event!

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which enhanced my stay. the dining options were quite limited, and the street noise could be an issue at times. For those looking for convenience and comfort, this place is a solid choice.

Great staff and perfect location!

I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay in a King Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Charlotte's vibrant areas. However, the street noise was a bit disruptive during the night.

Rooftop pool bliss

I loved the room's cleanliness and comfort! 🌟 the parking access was a bit confusing and involves a long walk. it was a nice stay!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations without prior notification, which was a major letdown for those seeking relaxation. Also, the hot water in the shower was fickle, running out quickly. The ice machine on my floor was out of commission and had to visit multiple floors to find a working one. The door to my room required extra effort to close properly, bringing up safety concerns. Noise seeped in from the hallway, making it difficult to enjoy peace and quiet. Lastly, charging for breakfast when it was already included in the package felt frustrating and unnecessary.

Parking is a hassle!!! !!! Long walks from distant garages!!! Clearer signage in the lobby is desperately needed!!! Noise from surrounding areas is relentless!!! Room cleanliness definitely needs improvement!!!
